About Alejandro Ruiz
My experience in MFL education has spanned over 20 years and several countries. As a native Spanish speaker my subject knowledge is excellent, additionally my experience has allowed me to demonstrate impact through pedagogical approaches applied in a range of learning environments from primary and secondary education, universities, and the business sector.
As an outstanding MFL practitioner, leader and independent consultant, I have an exemplary track record of motivating staff to deliver exciting and engaging lessons, reviewing and supporting curriculum design and increasing pupil attainment. Specific support has included curriculum structure, teacher development, coaching and support, reviewing exam results (AQA and Edexcel typically), designing intervention plans, delivering intervention sessions, holiday booster workshops, and master classes.
